Yoga on the Rocks returns this summer, what you need to know

This summer, Colorado yoga fans can find their flow at sunrise in one of the most beautiful settings in the state.

Yoga on the Rocks is coming back to Red Rocks Amphitheatre this June, July and August.

“Fitness and Films on the Rocks — these are some of our state’s most one-of-a-kind experiences,” said Red Rocks spokesperson Brian Kitts. “You haven’t checked off your Colorado summer bucket list until you’re left breathless after a Red Rocks workout at sunrise or indulge in a sweet treat as the sun sets and a film rolls at dusk.”

Classes are at 7 a.m. each Saturday and last one hour. Attendees should bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle.

Bilingual sessions, led in both Spanish and English, will also return this summer.

Tickets are $19 per session and go on sale Monday, April 29, at 10 a.m. at redrocksonline.com.
