Win $503K Denver home for $100 — St. Jude Dream Home tickets on sale

For a hundred bucks, you could win a half a million dollar house. Not a bad deal…

Tickets are officially on sale for the 2026 Denver St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, and this year’s prize is a brand-new four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the Sky Ranch community in Watkins valued at an estimated $503,000. The roughly 1,960-square-foot house was built by Oakwood Homes, which has been the official builder of the Denver St. Jude Dream Home for 16 consecutive years, raising more than $21 million for the hospital in the process. Tickets are $100, and every single dollar goes directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food.

Here’s the part you don’t want to sleep on: buying early gets you entered for bonus prizes on top of the house itself. Grab a ticket by Sept. 17 and you’re eligible to win gas and groceries for a year, valued at $10,000. Buy by Oct. 1, and you’re in the running for a 2026 Lincoln Nautilus, courtesy of Landmark Lincoln. The earlier you buy, the more drawings you’re entered into.

The big giveaway will air live on KDVR on Dec. 10 from 6 to 9 a.m. at the KDVR studio on 100 Speer Blvd. If you missed the Colorado Springs version earlier this summer, where the home was worth $625,000 and the community raised nearly $1.27 million, this is your second shot at a Colorado St. Jude Dream Home this year.
