A man at the Jonas Brothers’ Sunday concert in Buffalo, New York, has gone viral after he was recorded scrolling through a candidate’s resume on his phone while concertgoers around him sang and danced to the band’s hits.

“Scott Kelly your resume was being reviewed at a Jonas Brothers concert tonight. Good luck,” the woman who posted the now viral TikTok wrote.

So, who is Scott Kelly? Even the internet has not found him…yet!
