FAN EXPO Denver
FAN EXPO Denver is back Thursday through Sunday at the Colorado Convention Center. The four-day event features celebrity appearances, autographs, photo ops, comics, cosplay and more. Guests from “The X-Files,” “The Lord of the Rings,” “Scream,” “The Goonies,” “The Mandalorian” and “Harry Potter” are scheduled to appear.

Outside Festival
The Outside Festival returns Friday through Sunday at Denver’s Auraria Campus. The event celebrates the outdoors with live music, films, speakers, gear and industry events. Performers include Death Cab for Cutie, My Morning Jacket, Cage the Elephant, The Flaming Lips and Tash Sultana.

Blackout at 13th Floor
13th Floor Haunted House is kicking off the countdown to Halloween with its Blackout event Friday and Saturday. Guests will make their way through the haunted attraction in near-total darkness with just one glow stick per group.
