Two ice castles to open in Colorado

While the weather so far in December seems closer to spring than winter, two ice castle locations will be opening Thursday and Friday in Colorado.
This Thursday, Ice Castles in Cripple Creek will be opening and the Ice Castles in Eagle will open this Friday. Both locations will open at 4 p.m.
The attraction which will feature ice slides, a frozen maze of caverns, archways and ice sculptures, which will also feature the “Polar Pub,” a frosty ice bar where you can order winter-themed beverages.
Off-peak tickets will begin at $16 for children (4-11) admission and $21 for general admission, and peak pricing will begin at $23 for children (4-11) and $29 for general admission.
