Teddy Swims splits from girlfriend Raiche Wright, simultaneously releases ‘Break Up in Reverse’

TMZ is reporting that soul powerhouse Teddy Swims has split from girlfriend Raiche Wright, the mother of his baby son born just this past June 2025. So yes, we’re talking about a brand new baby and a breakup. That is…a lot for one year.
And because life has a sense of humor, Teddy is simultaneously dropping a raw and candid new song called “Break Up in Reverse.”
Coincidence? Absolutely not.
Teddy himself didn’t hold back about where his head is at, saying, “This really hits home for me right now and where I am in my life.”
Sir. We felt that in our soul.
Look, nobody does heartbreak quite like Swims. The man could sing a grocery list and make you cry in a parking lot. So a breakup song written while actually going through a breakup? Consider us emotionally unavailable for the rest of the afternoon.
