She Put Her Best Foot Forward — Literally — To Fund Her World Cup Trip

Jun 27, 2026, 9:00 AM

And honestly? We have questions. But also… respect?

Listen, Denver. We’ve all looked at our bank accounts and wondered how we’re going to afford that next big trip. Turns out, some creative female soccer fans found a very unique solution.

A number of foreign women attending the FIFA World Cup in the U.S. funded their entire trips by selling pictures of their feet online. Yes. Their FEET.

One Australian receptionist — who was already earning $26 an hour at her day job — had a lightbulb moment and started posting photos of her toes on a platform called FeetFinder. The twist? Gummy rings. Around her toes. That’s it. That’s the content.

By the time she boarded her flight to America, she was pulling in $1,200 a DAY. Her FeetFinder account is now, in her words, “exploding.”

Meanwhile, I’m over here clipping coupons for soccer cleats for my two daughters.

Look, as a mom, I have approximately 47 opinions about this — but I’ll keep it simple: entrepreneurship is entrepreneurship, the woman found her market, and she’s living her best World Cup life.

Just maybe don’t mention this business model at your next school fundraiser meeting.
