Written and Produced by multi-award winning songwriter and producer Ric Cabot Podmore, “Share The Magic” is an original Christmas production comprising over 60 of Colorado’s most notable musical artists. There is nothing like Christmastime in Colorado. The mountains, the snow, the people…it’s all magical. And that’s what the song “Share The Magic” is all about. Through the unique stylings of a diverse multitude of singing voices, this colorful and vibrant tune brings forth a powerful message of joy, abundance, unity and love. From the intimacy of each cast member’s depiction of the season all the way to the mountainous grandeur of the full ensemble in unison, “Share The Magic” is the ideal Colorado Christmas anthem. “Come share the magic, come share the love, come share the wonders of Christmas with us!”

As one of Colorado’s biggest and brightest holiday traditions, the Parade of Lights continues to grow in size and scale and needs the support of the community to ensure that it remains a staple in the holiday season in Downtown Denver. From the clowns’ noses to the lights on Santa’s sleigh, every detail is strategically planned to ensure spectators are entertained, informed and safe year after year. Each integral part of the parade requires support from the community. Now in its 45th year, the Parade of Lights is more than just a parade; it is a cherished community event, creating memories and holiday cheer throughout Denver. As a free, family-friendly public event, it requires hundreds of volunteers and attracts hundreds of thousands of people from across the state to Downtown Denver to celebrate the holidays!

A Precious Child provides children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential.
A Precious Child assists children and families facing difficult life challenges such as abuse and neglect, crisis situations and poverty. We work with more than 450 agency partners throughout eight Denver Metro counties including Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson and Weld to identify children and families in the most need of our services. Our core initiatives help build the whole child. In addition to meeting basic human needs through our Resource Center and Boutiques (satellite resource centers), we also help children and their families navigate community resources. This work is done through our COR (Child Outcomes Resource) Center where our Child Outcomes Advocates provide personalized case management to disadvantaged and displaced children and families, connecting them with needed resources, services, opportunities and educational support.
Through our four Key Focus Areas, A Precious Child aims to bridge the gap in children’s education so they can become secure, self-reliant, contributing members of their communities as adults.
