Rick Springfield coming to help senior dogs in Colorado

Colorado is home to many devoted dog owners, but there are still countless pets in shelters. Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary rescues older dogs that struggle to find homes and provides them with high-quality care until the end of their lives. Co-founder Mary Leprino was inspired by her own rescue dog, Pepper, and is dedicated to offering the best possible end-of-life care to the dogs at the multi-million-dollar facility.
The sanctuary currently houses 20 senior dogs from shelters across the state, providing them with love and comfort until they pass.
A fundraising event called Raise the Ruff, featuring a benefit concert by Rick Springfield, aims to raise $500,000 to support Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary’s mission.
