Popular Italian chain files for bankruptcy, Colorado location forced to close.
Italian restaurant chain Buca di Beppo has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The chain says it’s struggled to regain customers since the pandemic and is more than $10 million in debt due to rising costs and hiring difficulty.
18 Buca di Beppo locations were closed this year, including the only remaining Colorado location near Flatiron Crossing in Broomfield, with 44 remaining open nationwide.
We will miss the good food and unique décor of Buca.
