We talk with Gregg Moss, the region vice president for marketing and communications for Intermountain Health. He talks about diabetes over 60 and how to avoid it, how to deal with it after a diagnosis and what can people do to avoid type 2 diabetes. Moss discusses how to handle weight control, along with some exercises to help with diabetes.

Then we talk with Suzanne Crawford, the chief executive officer of the Sister Carmen Community Center. She gives us a history of the center, how it started, the people she helps and what they do to help these people.
