New ways to complain about airline problems in Colorado

By Melissa Moore on April 17, 2024

Soon, airline customers in Colorado will have a new place to file complaints. Colorado is joining 15 states that will have customers with complaints about airlines or ticketing agents to send those complaints to the state’s attorney general’s office. In Colorado, residents will be able to send their complaints to the Colorado Attorney General’s office and use the website STOPFRAUDCOLORADO.GOV.

The new arrangement is due to an agreement between the state of Colorado and the Department of Transportation (DOT).  The Colorado Attorney General office will investigate consumer complaints of airlines, ticket agents and other airline travel companies.
