A Shirt That Goes a Month Without Washing? We Have Questions.
A U.S. clothing brand just dropped the HercShirt V5.0 — a t-shirt that claims to stay fresh for over 30 days without a single wash.
Yes, you read that right.
The shirt is woven with seven ingredients, including copper, silver, zinc, gold and volcanic ash. (Two ingredients are secret, because apparently we’re making potions now.) The whole combo is designed to fight odor and bacteria, keeping things surprisingly fresh.
Here’s the breakdown:
$79 version — stays fresh 30+ days and supposedly outlasts seven regular t-shirts
$39 version — stays fresh three days (so, basically the rest of us)
It ships in early November in black, navy blue, burgundy and dark green.
Look, as a mom, I appreciate the concept. My kids treat laundry like a full-contact sport. But I’m also the woman who sniff-checks everything before it leaves the house — so “trust the fabric” is a big ask.
Still? For $79 and fewer laundry days? I’m at least intrigued.
Shirts are available for pre-order now ahead of the November shipping date.
I am not a fan of handing out my info for a product that might not show up for months. Be advised that it could be a scam. Hate to think that way but it is 2026 and way to common.
