It’s National Love Your Pet Day, how well does your pet know you?
In a recent poll on pets, 44% of people say they consider themselves a “dog person” . . . 18% are more of “cat person” . . . 25% love both equally . . . and 14% are NEITHER.
77% of dog owners say they believe their dogs know them “very well.” Another 20% say their dogs know them “somewhat well.” Meaning only 3% do not think their dogs know them well at all.
In fact, 20% say their dogs know them BETTER than their friends and family.
61% of cat owners say they believe their cats know them “very well.” Another 29% say their cats know them “somewhat well.” Meaning 10% do not think their cats pay attention to them, most likely cuz cats don’t really care 😉
17% say their cats know them better than any humans.
