May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and KOSI 101.1 will air a special show called Mind Matters at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 30.

Mind Matters is a frank discussion about mental health in Colorado designed for parents, teens and anyone who is struggling or knows someone who is. KOSI 101.1 midday host Melissa Moore talks with Jason Hopcus, president of the National Alliance on Mental Illness for Arapahoe and Douglas County, and Kevin Petersen, licensed marriage and family therapist and founder of The Chronic Hope Institute.
