Every parent has heard it one time or another, “I’m bored.”  With summer vacation on the horizon, you may be wondering just how long do kids last before announcing that they are bored and need something to do.

A new study found that on average, children become bored in just 33 short minutes.

Other findings from the Elmer’s Glue Study:

  • 47% of children quickly become bored with their activities,
  • 35% of parents get stressed about finding new ideas to keep their kids entertained
  • 40% of parents struggle to come up with daily activities for their children.

How do you handle it when your children tell you that they’re bored?
