Looking to move up in your housing life?… Former Colorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon has listed his multi-million dollar Denver home following his retirement last month. Blackmon, who baseball fans know as Chuck Nasty or the guy with the bushy beard, announce his retirement at the end of September and closed off his final season with the Rockies after 14 years with the team.
Soon after, his house was listed and on the market with a pending contract.
The home lies in the Belcaro neighborhood, down the road from Cherry Creek Shopping center. If you are interested, it’s a four-bed, five-bath house that’s going for $4.3 million-but the house has more than just a living space.
The House comes with a heated pool with water features. It also has a gas fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. The inside of the home has the same luxury style. Walking through the front doors and past the spiral staircase, there’s anything from a home gym and theatre room to a stone wine cellar. If you’re heading upstairs, maybe on the elevator with connecting floors, you’ll find the four beds where Charlie and his family stayed.
If interested in this buy, grab your checkbook. Charlie said he will try his best to maintain a presence in Colorado. He loves our fishing!
