Former Broncos QB Tim Tebow to return to Colorado for Greeley speaking engagement

Tim Tebow, the former Denver Broncos quarterback whose improbable 2011 playoff run captivated Colorado, is headed back to the state for a speaking appearance at Aims Community College.
Tebow will speak at 7 p.m. March 30, 2027, in Miller Auditorium at the Aims Welcome Center, 4901 W. 20th St., as part of the school’s Spotlight Speaker Series. Tickets go on sale Aug. 1. The Heisman Trophy winner and two-time BCS national champion at Florida is now a New York Times best-selling author and runs the Tim Tebow Foundation, a nonprofit focused on combating human trafficking and child exploitation, orphan care and special-needs ministry.
Tebow remains a beloved figure along the Front Range. The Broncos selected him in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft, and he rewarded the fan base with one of the most electrifying stretches in franchise history — a string of late-game comebacks during the 2011 season capped by a wild-card overtime victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on an 80-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas. The moment, and the cultural phenomenon dubbed “Tebowmania,” cemented his place in Denver sports lore even after the team traded him to the New York Jets the following offseason to make room for Peyton Manning.
The Greeley stop is the latest in a busy speaking calendar for Tebow, who earlier this year headlined events in Denver and La Junta. He keynoted the inaugural “Igniting Purpose” benefit for Forge Christian High School at the National Western Center in February and spoke at the Arkansas Valley Youth Revival, also on Feb. 27.
