Forget goat yoga, Denver — kangaroo yoga is officially a thing, and honestly, same energy.

Kangaroo Ranch in Wheat Ridge is now offering 45-minute yoga classes with free-roaming kangaroos. Yes, free-roaming. Treats are placed near your mat to lure the animals over, which means you could be mid-downward dog and suddenly have a marsupial in your personal space. Totally normal Tuesday.

The ranch also offers kangaroo meet-and-greets and bottle-feeding experiences with baby joeys — which, let’s be honest, is the part your kids will actually want to do.
