Forget goat yoga, Denver — kangaroo yoga is officially a thing in Colorado

Namaste… and Watch Your Mat
Forget goat yoga, Denver — kangaroo yoga is officially a thing, and honestly, same energy.
Kangaroo Ranch in Wheat Ridge is now offering 45-minute yoga classes with free-roaming kangaroos. Yes, FREE-ROAMING. Treats are placed near your mat to lure the animals over, which means you could be mid-downward dog and suddenly have a marsupial in your personal space. Totally normal Tuesday.
The ranch also offers kangaroo meet-and-greets and bottle-feeding experiences with baby joeys — which, let’s be honest, is the part your kids will actually want to do.
Owner Keaton Crawford spent FIVE YEARS navigating local, state and federal permits to make this happen. Five years. That’s dedication. That’s also longer than it took me to get my girls to clean their rooms, so respect.
