“The Takeout” website has released a list of foods that you should probably avoid if you want to have a romantic Valentine’s Day. Whether it’s a first date or you’ve been with your partner for 20 years, they claim you should avoid having the following:
beans
broccoli
garlic
pasta
sandwiches
steak
dairy
fried food
coffee
spice
So basically, if you don’t want bad breath or meat sweats, your Valentine’s Day meals should be boiled chicken with zero seasoning and a salad with no dressing. Sure, that sounds very romantic.
