Make sure to get out and hug the Earth today! Not literally, but enjoy the beauty of Colorado. Also, to celebrate, some companies are running some deals and special events. Here is the growing list:

For Earth Day, Tamayo will be serving up special, all-organic tequila flights that let you sample a blanco, reposado and anajo for $24; included in the flight are tequilas from Uno Dos Tres, Tequila Tierras and Dolce Vida.

The 6th Alley Bar and Grill at A-Basin will be holding dinner and a movie for Earth Day today, starting at 6 p.m.. The bar will be screening several movies about water conservation and Arapahoe Basin VP/COO Alan Henceroth, and Snowriders International’s Phil Huffeldt will be speaking about water usage and conservation. Upslope Brewing Company is throwing its first annual Get Wild to Save the Wild, today from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Get wild and enjoy a film screening, raffle, giveaways, a photo booth, expedition stories, a traveling photo exhibit featuring photos by Eric Larsen, auctions, plenty of beer and much more. Upslope is donating $1 from every beer sold during the event to Wildland Restoration Volunteers, a non-profit organization that provides an opportunity for people to come together, learn about their natural environment, and take direct action to restore and care for the land.
