Denver University is still riding high from this weekend’s national championship win. The men’s hockey team beat Boston College 2-0 Saturday night at Magness arena.  This is DU’s 10th NCAA title — a record.

April 15, DU fans can head to Magness arena for a celebration with doors opening at 6 p.m.  The event is free, and attendees will have an opportunity to take pictures with the trophy and get autographs from the DU men’s hockey team.

Also, the first 1,500 fans there tonight will get a free commemorative championship poster.

As far as parking, according to DU’s website, “Parking will be free of charge in lots 108 and W. Upon arrival, fans should proceed to the west entrance, which is located under the bell tower. (ADA entrance will be in the lower north lobby at the Buchtel circle). ”

Just a reminder that the arena’s clear bag policy is in effect tonight for the celebration.
