Double Dutch Anyone? Denver has a 40+ Double Dutch Club!

Remember playing Double Dutch when you were younger?  It was super fun!  Now that I’m older I’d still love to try it, but as you know, you have to have a few friends to be able to make it happen! I mean, someone has to hold the ropes right! Enter the 40+ Double Dutch Club!  This is amazing and I love everything about it!  The 40+ Double Dutch Club is a non-profit that, according to their website, is a unified sisterhood that exists to empower women in mental health and physical fitness, all while inspiring them in friendship, fitness, fun and fellowship.  They focus on bringing women together and using activity to work through life’s challenges.  They even hula hoop!    It started in Chicago, but there is a chapter here in Denver!  If you want more information, you can check it out here:  https://www.40plusdoubledutchclub.org/
