Denver restaurants that still have Easter reservations available

Apr 3, 2026, 8:01 AM

Easter is Sunday (April 5), and while many of the Denver area’s most popular brunch spots are filling up fast, more than 300 restaurants still had availability as of this week on OpenTable alone.

Easter brunch is one of the busiest dining days of the year, and restaurateurs say planning ahead is essential — especially for buffet-style events that tend to sell out early.

Here is a look at Denver-area restaurants still accepting reservations for Easter, ranging from lavish hotel buffets to à la carte brunch specials:

Buffets

  • Ellyngton’s at The Brown Palace, 321 17th St., Denver. Easter brunch buffet for $135 per person, featuring a prime rib carving station, made-to-order omelet bar, shucked oysters and beef tenderloin shepherd’s pie.
  • The Inverness Denver, 200 Inverness Dr. W., Englewood. Easter brunch at the Garden Terrace from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $115 per person, with a seafood display and free-flowing champagne and mimosas. Reserve via OpenTable.
