County fairs galore: Arapahoe, Douglas and Weld kick off this weekend.
The Arapahoe County Fair has returned to Aurora with a jam-packed schedule running from Thursday to Sunday.
Tickets will grant you access to event parking, unlimited carnival rides, CPRA rodeos, fireworks, live entertainment, NSPA truck and tractor pulls, Canine Stars Stunt Dog Show, mutton bustin’, public competitions, Top Hogs pig racing, line dancing lessons, petting farm, 4-H livestock shows, Kids Corral, and much more. Food, beverages, and vendors will also be available at the fairgrounds.

The Douglas County Fair and Rodeo kicks off this Friday. The Fair Parade, which started back in 1954, will start at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday in downtown Castle Rock.
Expect to see horses, floats, music, candy, and lots of smiles. Chris Janson and Double Wide will be taking the stage on Friday night. The 2024 Douglas County Fair will continue until Sunday, August 4th. For a full fair schedule, check out DouglasCountyFairandRodeo.com.
The Weld County Fair is a yearly event in Greeley that’s open to everyone and it’s free.
There’s music, food, displays, a car show, and more. People from Weld County will be showing off their skills in agriculture, livestock, natural resources, engineering, consumer and family, fine arts, horticulture, and family living.
