Colorado weekend fun: stadium climbs, Bigfoot and baby animals | What’s Up, Colorado!

If you’re looking for weekend plans, Colorado has a little bit of everything!
On Saturday, April 25, the American Lung Association in Colorado will host its 20th annual Fight for Air Climb at Coors Field. More than 250 participants – including local firefighters in full gear – will climb 1,998 stairs starting at 8 a.m. to support healthy lungs and clean air. More information is available at Lung.org.
Estes Park Bigfoot Days also returns this weekend. The fun starts Friday with the ticketed Bigfoot BBQ dinner, followed by Saturday’s outdoor festival at Bond Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expect live music, family activities, races, vendors, Bigfoot experts, a calling contest and more. And, if cute is more your speed, Centennial Village Museum in Greeley is hosting Baby Animal Days on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visitors can see goats, lambs, a calf and chicks while exploring the museum grounds. Details are at GreeleyMuseums.com.
