Casa Bonita sets date for open reservations: What you need to know.

After over a year of exclusive invite-only dinners, Casa Bonita is set to welcome the public for reservations today, September 16th at 3 p.m. for October dates.

This beloved Denver-area restaurant, famous for its cliff divers, cave, and delicious sopapillas, announced on its website  that reservations will be available to everyone starting at 3 p.m. today, September 16.

Guests can book tables for dates beginning October 1. Once reservations are open to the public, diners will no longer need to prepay for their meals, and all will enjoy table service.

However, the website notes that everyone aged 3 and older must order an entrée. I can tell you having recently been to Casa Bonita, the food is top notch and the experience is a lot of fun.
