Bear-ly Invited: Deputies evict unwelcome guest from Colorado Renaissance Festival
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office had to escort an unexpected visitor, an 80-pound black bear named Smoky, out of the Colorado Renaissance Festival in Larkspur over the weekend.
The bear had made itself comfortable under a building that ironically sold honeycombs before being safely released away from humans.
While waiting for deputies and officers from Colorado Parks and Wildlife to arrive the bear played with a ball he found.
Well, we can safely say that what we see at the Larkspur Ren Fest never disappoints!
