Grab your plaid two-piece and call your bestie, because Cher Horowitz is officially returning to our screens.
Paramount+ has greenlit a sequel series to the iconic 1995 film “Clueless,” and Alicia Silverstone is coming back as our forever fashion-forward queen — approximately 30 years later.
This time around, Cher is a successful businesswoman and a mom dealing with her own daughter’s high school drama. So basically… she’s us. Except with better outfits and a much bigger closet.
The new series will be helmed by the creators of Gossip Girl, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, with production kicking off in 2027.
Silverstone is the only original cast member confirmed so far, and fans are very loudly requesting their favorites return. No pressure, Paul Rudd. None at all.
Look, as a mom of girls who have absolutely no idea how iconic this movie is — I cannot wait to force a watch party and explain why Cher Horowitz basically raised an entire generation of women. 💅
Production begins 2027 on Paramount+.
