Castle in southern Colorado hits the market for $985,000

OK, so while the rest of us are out here arguing over who gets the bathroom first in the morning, someone in Colorado is about to live in an actual castle.

A stunning, one-of-a-kind Colorado castle just dropped on the market for $985,000 — and it’s already going viral for good reason. We’re talking an indoor pool and a rooftop guest suite, people. A rooftop. Guest suite.

My kids can barely keep their rooms clean enough to have one friend over, but sure, let’s dream big.

The unique property has grabbed national attention, with real estate fans across the country doing a double-take at the listing. And honestly? Same. At under $1 million — which, yes, we realize is still a lot of money — it’s turning heads as one of the more jaw-dropping and surprisingly attainable castle listings you’ll ever see in Colorado.

No word yet on whether a moat is included, but a girl can hope. Good thing I have been practicing my “princess wave” since I was 3. If you’ve ever wanted to raise your family in literal royalty, Colorado just said hold my Dasani.
