Taylor Swift has new music on the way, and yes, Swifties may now begin rearranging their entire Friday.
Swift announced on Instagram that her new single, “Patient Zero,” will be released Friday. She said she had been “impatiently” waiting to share the news, because subtle wordplay is basically part of the job description at this point.
The track serves as the lead single for her expanded deluxe album, “The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore.”
No other details were shared, but that will not stop fans from analyzing the caption, the punctuation, the outfit, the lighting and possibly the angle of her left eyebrow.
“Patient Zero” drops Friday. Expect the internet to be completely normal about it.
