Denver Broncos May Have Lost Big … But Taylor Swift Somehow Got them a Big Emmys Moment

The Denver Broncos may not have had the Sunday they wanted on the field, but they still managed to sneak into the Emmys conversation — because apparently Taylor Swift’s reach now includes NFL consolation prizes.
During the Emmy Awards, Swift’s very well-documented NFL era got a little screen time, and yes, the Broncos were part of it thanks to her appearances at Kansas City Chiefs games. One of those moments included the Chiefs playing Denver, which means Broncos Country got a tiny pop culture shoutout on one of TV’s biggest nights.
Was it a win? Technically, no.
Are we counting it anyway? Absolutely.
At this point, Taylor Swift has boosted TV ratings, jersey sales, podcast downloads and probably someone’s PTA fundraiser. So if the Broncos get a little Emmy-adjacent love out of the deal, we’ll take it.
It may not help in the standings, but hey, in Denver, we celebrate the small victories. Especially when the big ones are hard to watch.
