Hello Kitty Cafe Truck brings pink treats and cuteness back to Colorado

It’s back, Colorado! The all-pink Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is rolling into the state this summer, and yes, it is just as cute as it sounds.

If you’ve never been, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is packed with all things Hello Kitty, from adorable collectibles to sweet treats that are almost too cute to eat. Almost.

This year, fans can shop returning favorites like keychains, plush toys, blankets and water bottles, plus some brand-new goodies, including zip sweatshirts, cafe mugs and new t-shirts.

And let’s talk treats! The truck will be serving up giant cookies, cookie sets, macaron sets and Madeleines. Basically, it’s a pink paradise on wheels.

Here’s where you can catch the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck in Colorado:

• Saturday, June 20: Park Meadows, at The Vistas near Evereve, in Lone Tree
• Saturday, June 27: FlatIron Crossing, in the Courtyard near Crate & Barrel, in Broomfield
• Saturday, July 11: The Shops at Northfield, across from Harkins Theatres, in Denver
• Saturday, July 18: The Promenade Shops at Briargate, near Menya, in Colorado Springs

The truck will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at each stop.
