Coca-Cola is dropping State-Themed mini cans for America’s 250th birthday

Coca-Cola just announced one of the coolest limited-edition drops in a while. As part of its America250 partnership, the beverage giant is releasing a collection of 52 collectible mini cans…one for each of the 50 states plus Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico!    Each can features a silver star showcasing an iconic local symbol. Georgia gets the peach. Florida has the sun. Iowa rocks an ear of corn. California? A surfer, naturally.
So what about Colorado? Our can spotlights the mountains and trees… because of course it does! It’s a little tough to make out in the early images, but the vibe is unmistakably ours.
Beyond the cool factor, there’s a reason to start scanning. Coca-Cola is running sweepstakes tied to the America250 packaging with cool prizes!  Just scan participating products with your phone to enter.
The mini cans come in regular Coke, Coke Zero and Diet Coke and will be available at major retailers including Walmart and Target nationwide starting this month. Coca-Cola also plans to roll out custom bottles and commemorative packaging across brands like Vitaminwater, Smartwater, BodyArmor and Gold Peak.
