He has spent his entire baseball career in in Colorado with the Rockies.  Charlie said it’s all I’ve known. I feel like I’ve never really worked a day in my life. but I do work really hard at the same time. It’s going to be very different on the other side, but at the same time I think it is the right decision.

Charlie said that Denver has been a great place to play and every time the crowd sings his walk-up song which is ‘Your Love by Outfield.’ I’m sure you heard it many times here on KOSI 101.1.

Charlie said that he and his family will try hard to maintain a presence here in Colorado. The love it here very much and the fans are the best.

When asked about his bushy beard ,which he is well known for, will it retire with him this weekend the final games of this season. Charlie said his wife and kids have never seen him without it!! He said there will be a time he will have to reveal his naked face to his family.
