Melinda Connolly

Melinda moved to Colorado when she turned thirteen and loved it so much that she never left! Her love of music and a Broadcast Journalism degree from the University of Colorado Boulder led her to radio. She has been fortunate enough to work in the Denver radio market for 30-plus years. Melinda has been a member of the KOSI on-air staff since the late 1990s, filling many roles over the years. Her friendly, upbeat style is a perfect fit, and she actively finds ways to give back to her local community. Melinda and her husband Troy are now empty nesters. They have one daughter who attends college in California. Since family vacations over the years were mostly at the beach, it’s a bonus to visit their daughter at college and hit the beach on the same day! Music has always had a huge influence on her life, and Melinda feels blessed to incorporate it into her work life, too! You’ll hear her on the weekends and during the week when filling in for other KOSI 101.1 personalities.
