4 Colorado towns among the best for Christmas in US

According to Travel and Leisure ,a mountain town with snow, evergreen trees and ski slopes is the perfect recipe for the ideal place to spend the holidays. Several Colorado towns were named on the magazines list of the 25 Best Christmas Towns in the U.S. for 2024.
No.1 ASPEN…The magazine said Aspen is one of the merriest towns in the country thanks to its combination of luxe living and small-town-charm. It has options for skiing, shopping, and dining, along with many events this winter.
No. 2 VAIL…Vail was recognized for its festivities, the Vail ski resort, the village tree lighting, as well as the town’s great coffee and cocktails. The town is well known for its ski slopes, but there are plenty of other things to do there in the winter. There are villages to explore, many dining options, bars and breweries, sleigh rides and more.
No. 3 Breckenridge…Like many Colorado mountain towns, Breckenridge is well known for its ski slopes, But the town has many festivities over the winter. On December 7, Main street will be lit up with holiday lights, kids running through the Moose March race, hundreds of Santas will join the Race of Santas and festive dogs will lead their humans in a parade. They will also host the ULLR FEST and the international snow sculpture championships.
No. 18 Telluride…The magazine describes Telluride as a pleasantly quirky town whose flair becomes even clearer this time of year. Mentioning the town’s ski tree and bonfire as well as nightlife.
