CO first state for e-bike tax credits

Denver, CO – Nice job Colorado! Colorado is the first state to offer instant tax credits on the growing popularity of e-bikes. Starting Monday, April 1st, 2024 every person living in Colorado will qualify for an e-bike tax credit.
The tax credit will be applied at purchase time and is $450! It’s only good on bikes purchased on 4/1/24 or after – no previously purchased e-bikes. The tax credit is also only good one time a year.
This new program will replace the state’s e-bike rebate program.
