Like so many of you, I’m a busy working mom.  Going to the grocery has gotten expensive and stressful in the last couple of years!

I’m shocked at how much I spend and how empty shelves can be too.

I was also surprised to know this about grocery shopping in Colorado:

  • The average person spends eight and a half months of their life in a grocery store
  • Most popular time to visit a grocery store is 12:53 p.m. on Saturday.
  • The average person spends 37 minutes in a grocery store each time they go.
  • The average person buys 19 items every time they go to the grocery store.
