This is Phoebe. She is a 14 yr old Tibetan Spaniel/Pekingese mix. She was found a stray. She’s shy when first meeting her, but she does open up once she knows you, plus she loves dogs and is very playful! She is blind in her left eye and experiencing hair loss, but that does not seem to bother her. She was very weak when she came in but she is getting stronger every day and is housetrained. She has a very soft and cute bark. If you’re looking for the perfect lap dog that loves to snuggle, Phoebe is the perfect dog! (Note: Phoebe will need to go to a foster first.)
