Two Colorado Cities Are BEST OF to Visit

If you asked me to pick two Colorado cities for being ‘best of’ in the entire country to visit I would be stumped. Not because two is difficult to list, but because we have so many more than two!
For me, I would list Ouray as the #1 option- it’s smaller than Telluride and nestled in the mountains in a way that feels like you’re in Europe (or so I’ve heard). After Ouray I would be hard pressed to pick between Salida, Grand Lake, Breckinridge or Estes. They’re all beautiful!
The list that just came out from US News and World Report listed their ‘Best Places to Visit in the US’. They analyzed the votes of travelers based on attractions, accommodations and dining options. Here is what they found:
- Glacier National Park in Montana
- Maui, Hawaii
From this list two Colorado cities ranked in the top 30 list.
- 24. Telluride
- 25. Colorado Springs
