‘This Is Us’ Star Chrissy Metz Gives Amazing Performance At ACM Awards

Chrissy Metz, star of the acclaimed show, This Is Us, wowed everyone with her performance at the ACM Awards.

According to Us Weekly, Metz took the stage at the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday April 7. At the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Metz delivered a powerful rendition of “I’m Standing With You” from her new film, Breakthrough. During her performance, Metz was joined by Carrie Underwood, with the two beautifully singing together.

Additionally, Metz and Underwood were joined by other female country stars during the song. Maddie and Tae, Lauren Alaina and Mickey Guyton all sang alongside Metz and Underwood, bringing the audience to their feet. Chrissy Metz received strong praise from fans on social media, applauding her bravery and skill of singing to-to-toe with Carrie Underwood.
