The famous Met Gala was last night in NYC.

Vogue’s Anna Wintour has put on the Met Gala for almost 30 years and the invites are always exclusive and a whos who.

Every year also has a theme and this year it was a celebration of designer Karl Lagerfeld- where the Met currently is hosting a 200 piece exhibit of his work.

The Met Gala is known for fashion, but it’s also a major fundraiser for New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. Last year, the Gala raised 17 Million dollars.

There is always one person that everyone talks about and this year it’s actor, Jared Leto.  Leto arrived in a lifelike cat costume- honoring Lagerfeld’s famous cat, Choupette.
