Score big this Sunday with Taco Cupcakes!

These taco cupcakes would be a perfect addition to your game day menu on Sunday!! They are super simple to make too. I first saw these on TikTok and immediately had to try it. It quickly became a regular meal at my house because it is so simple and delicious. I will definitely be making them on Sunday as I cheer on our boys wearing my orange and blue!
Here’s how I make them!
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Grease a muffin pan
Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup
Sprinkle some cheese on each wrapper (I use a mix of Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
Layer another wonton wrapper on top
Sprinkle a little more cheese
Add your meat topping. (I use ground turkey fried with onions, celery and taco seasoning)
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and sour cream!
Of course you can make this recipe anyway you would like and add all kinds of toppings/meat. This is just how I make it and it’s delish!
