People all over the world are honoring the late Queen Elizabeth II, by making her pancakes.

The Queen first shared this recipe with President Dwight Eisenhower in 1959 after making them for him.

These are similar to American pancakes, but also thicker and smaller.  They are also known as Scotch Pancakes or drop scones.

Also- a teacup is about 3/4 cup of flour -from the online research I did.

Enjoy!
