Princess Diana Sweater Sells for Seven Figures!

Princess Diana is making news again, this time for a record fashion sale. The late Princess’ sheep sweater is one of her most iconic fashion pieces. The iconic sweater from 1981 was recently found by designers Sally Muir and Joanna Osborne who found it in a box while “rummaging through the attic.”
Sotheby’s originally thought the sweater would go for between $50,000 – $80,000 dollars. Instead, thanks to a last minute bidding war, the sheep sweater went for a staggering $1.143M. The highest price ever paid for a late royal’s piece of clothing.
The designers, Warm & Wonderful, actually relaunched the sheep sweater in 2020 and you can buy it today.
