Online Dating Is Scamming People Money!

I tried online dating.  I don’t have a lot of positive things to say about the experience other than I’m done with it. 😉

One scary side note is that people are getting scammed out of money by dates.  What?

Yep…take a look:

63% of online daters have been contacted by at least one scammer

31% of online daters have been scammed or given out financial information that they later regretted

58% of online dating scam victims are over the age of 65

33% of singles know someone, who has fallen for an online dating scam

30% of singles have had a family member lose money to an online scam

52% of singles use dating apps or websites

11% of online daters believe they are vulnerable to scammers
