Depending on the data, Colorado is either #1 or #3 for most stolen vehicles by state.  Yay us.  

I know anytime I’m downtown or in a remote area I get worried about my car being stolen.  I happened when I was in my 20’s living in downtown Denver and I’m still scarred.
