LOOK at Savannah Guthrie NYC Loft!

I absolutely love looking at celebrity real estate pictures.  It’s fun to see what styles they choose and how the spaces are arranged.

It’s also cool to see what multi-million dollar properties look like!

Today Show anchor, Savannah Guthrie, and her husband listed their 4 bedroom/4 bath Tribeca loft originally for $7.1M.  They bought it back in 2017 and remodeled it and are now selling it for less than they paid.  

New listing price – $6.5M and almost 3800 sqft.

What do you think?  I think it looks cool, but for 6.5M I would want some land and room to spread out.
