Last Splash of Summer: This is Elitch Gardens’ water park’s final weekend

Labor Day marks the last chance to hit up the water park at Elitch Gardens.

Enjoy one last chance to float the Lazy River, dodge waves in Commotion Ocean and soak up all the summer sun before the water park shuts down for the season.

Then get ready to be wowed as the Denver skyline lights up with a jaw-dropping fireworks display on Sunday, September 1, in honor of Labor Day. Starting around 9:00 p.m.

Don’t forget, Denver’s largest and most popular Halloween event will run longer than ever with six straight weekends of hair-raising fun from September 28 through November 3.

Guests of all ages will enjoy spookier thrills, tricks and treats, with new additions to Fun By Day and Fright By Night, plus their favorite theme park rides.

The main amusement park will still be open on weekends until Sunday, Nov. 3.
